Our dear friends and artistic collaborators, Jacques and Whitney were just in Brooklyn for their annual visit! Their trip to Brooklyn is always a highlight of the year–full of creativity and fun–when they trek from New Orleans to bring their fresh ideas, collaborative spirit, and that essential touch of magic to our Park Slope space. Both Jacques and Whitney live and create full time in New Orleans, working largely behind-the-scenes to bring our puppets and productions to life. Jacques and Whitney share our commitment to environmental responsibility, and their work is a testament to the power of repurposing: turning the ordinary into the extraordinary! From our smallest monster friend to our full length puppetry production we work with up-cycled materials throughout.
